Rosemary Garlic Bread
You can use this spread for bread, potatoes, steak, chicken, lamb chops etc. Here I used the spread on Naan bread.
2 – 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
1/3 cup softened butter
pinch salt
Mix together all ingredients and chill till butter is spreadable. Spread over bread, and if desired sprinkle some parmesan cheese over bread.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes or in a conventional oven at 375° F until browned to your liking.
