Can’t stand the heat in the kitchen?! Well get out there and barbecue. On today’s menu we are having barbecued zucchini. It’s easy, it’s fast, doesn’t heat up your kitchen and as most of you know that’s the way I like to cook most of the time.
I’m not going to make this long and drawn out, let’s get to it.

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. Scrape out a few of the seeds and soft center.
Sprinkle garlic powder or the granulated garlic over the zucchini. Add Parmesan cheese.
 Grate cheddar cheese over top.
With skin side down, barbecue about 15 minutes with the lid down
Slide onto a cookie sheet. And Serve!
